Kris x Angel: Race To Your Heart

When it comes to love, you would do whatever it takes for that one person to love you back as well. You would be willing to cross oceans, to climb mountains, to exert your all. You don't care if it's hard, you don't care if it's silly, you don't care if it hurts—you just do it for love. But what if you were so busy on racing to someone else's heart, you don't notice that someone was busy racing to yours?

This story is not about the choice between the one you love, or the one who loves you. This story shows you that you don't have to choose because you can have both. Kris and Angel's relationship is a story on how love can heal one's brokenness and can lead you to find solace in the comfort of the one you love and at the same time, the one who truly loves you.

Dr. Seuss once said, “We are all a little weird and life’s a little weird and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.” During my stay with Kris and Angel here in Los Angeles, I witness the kind of love they have for each other, the kind of mutual weirdness that gives butterflies on someone else’s tummy, the kind of love that cares and grows, the kind we all dream to experience one day, someday.
